The SuperFoodsRx Diet is the diet that your body and mind will love. So many clients come into my office telling me of the extremes they’ve gone through to lose a couple pounds only to gain them back. They describe feeling deprived, avoiding foods, lacking energy, feeling moody and depressed or even getting colds. The SuperFoodsRx Diet won’t let you down. Your skin, hair, blood vessels, heart, digestive system and waistline will all love you. Let’s restore the word "diet" to its rightful happy place. Your diet is simply the healthy way you eat everyday to get to and maintain your own individual weight and maximal health.

You already know that the problem with most fad diets is that they’re temporary. They may seem to work for a short period of time. But did you realize they may be working against you? What many people don’t understand is that these diets cause you to lose weight at the expense of some aspect of your good health—mentally and physically. If continued for long periods of time, unhealthy, gimmicky diets can even cause bone loss, put strain on your internal organs and your skin and hair may lose its natural luster. You may even begin to smell funny!

Like all the clients that I work with personally, I hope to help you reach a healthy weight and a healthy body, inside and out. And that makes it easier to shrink your waistline! A wonderful, synergist cycle. It’s a winning combination.

I’m excited for readers to be able to finally get on the program that so many people with whom I’ve worked with personally have had success slimming down and getting healthy.

Here are the basics of the The SuperFoodsRx Diet:

    1. Commit to eating the SuperFoods and their sidekicks everyday.
    2. Eat (don’t skip) meals and snack breaks.
    3. Use portion control by adopting easy daily strategies – (you’ll find in the book why a tennis ball and a deck of cards are all you need).
    4. Get a little exercise – especially walking –work up to an enjoyable 5 days a week routine.
    5. Practice moderation by cycling between SlimDown and FlexPlan phases of The SuperFoodsRx Diet.
    6. Learn to be consistent with the SuperFoodsRx eating, exercise, stress-management and sleep style for life.

Bummed about embarking on yet another diet? Don’t be. Take back that word "Diet" as your very own healthy approach to eating.
