A bowl of hot oatmeal with raisins or dried cranberries or blueberries, sprinkled with 2 tablespoons each of ground flaxmeal and toasted wheat germ. You really can’t find a better start to your day. That’s my usual winter breakfast; in the summer, it’s flaxmeal, wheat germ, and berries on yogurt.
