Regular and Diet Soda Get a Bad Rap in the News

Soda Bad Rap By Geoffrey R. Harris, MD

Unfortunately, this advice may not help much, and might even cause other problems. Evolving scientific research is showing that vitamin D is far more important than we ever thought it was and we probably aren’t getting enough of it. That is why I chose now to discuss vitamin D and how to get the right amount.
